It'd be easiest to choose one voluntary and one involuntary method i believe, that way you already have one difference. :)

you love your compare and contrast questions/advantages and disadvantages

what I would say in the absurd chance that a question like this rocks up::::

Retirement, Dismissal
Both include leaving an organisation (lol derp??)
Both include ceasing paid employment
Whereas retirement is voluntary, whilst dismissal is involuntary
Whereas retirement may involve retirement packages, superannuation advice from the LSO in which the employee has just left, whilst dismissal may involve legal action depending on the reason for termination (i.e. theft)

anything over 45 and I get my interview for my course :)

nah, nah I don't brag haha, but I may come back and do a suggested solutions thread
the first thing I will do after the exam is find the head BM examiner and share a drink with her
