I guess I should be aiming higher :\

I've likely failed my unit 1/2 English exam, this shouldn't be a problem should it?

Harrrrharrrr  ;), In all seriousness though... does a failed exam constitute a failed unit?
In addition, I had not handed in my Biology review Qs, Is this likely to be a problem?

Should I be more motivated? I've done just about no study for my exams.
After my year 12 subject, I've just slacked off and I have my english exam tomorrow.
Year 12s, would you have concentrated more on your year 11 subjects if you had the chance?
This is completely normal, in fact I didn't even do my year 11 exams, I skipped all of them due my two 3/4s in year 11.

Skipping 1/2 exams aint normal TT :P

Don't push yourself too hard in year 11, but seriously it isn't good to have the "this doesn't matter" attitude. UNLESS of course you're naturally talented. Then it's ok because you know you're better than that.

I know too many people who did nothing in year 11 exams because it didn't matter. They then found out how hard it is to "flip the switch" and study consistently during year 12.

There's no point in burning yourself out before year 12 begins. Just have a good understanding of the subject fundamentals and you should be fine.

Personally I think doing exams in yr 11 would have been worth it just to see which subjects you're struggling in. On the other hand, I didn't even know you could skip said exams..

LOL!

But in all seriousness....
:( eek.
Thing is (now that I think about it), every time I don't study for something when it doesn't matter, I end up with better grades than I deserve. My brain thinks that based on last semester's grades, I will actually be able to get through this set of exams.

Though I do know FOR SURE that I will not be slacking off next year, because I have a very clear goal for the future to be an orthotist/prosthetist after study at La Trobe and I will be distraught if I don't reach this goal - I've wanted this since I was 14. :(

That's unusual, you want to care for peoples' feet? well I suppose tending to teeth by putting your hands inside a person's mouth is far from delightful, and yet everyone seems to want to do dentistry. But sitll! that's an unusual aspiration.

and guys, totally skipped my question  :(

He thought you meant dentistry because  " orthotist/prosthetist " could have meant orthodontist/prosthodontist
What kind of ATAR do you need for that course by the way?
