Hi all,

Just wondering if someone could shed some light on what the process is if I intend on viewing my exam script? Is there a fee? How and what do I email if I'm from the faculty of Law?

Thanks :)
Not sure if you've solved this already but if not see attached file.

Speaking of which, there are currently only 2 people in one of my tutes (me included)... Going to be pretty funny if that doesn't change, hahah.

If there's only a small percentage of people who choose a particular tute/lecture timeslot does that slot get cancelled or still run?

Fairly sure it would still run. I've put my first preference for tutorials with <20% in the past and it has still run, because some students can't do certain days or times due to various commitments such as part-time work.

Can confirm - my maths tute this semester had a total of 5/6 people in it (one of them came twice, so I'm not sure if he just didn't show up from the second or needed to switch for those two), but it still ran because it came in handy when we lost that Friday before mid-semester break and people needed a replacement tute for that week. (also because the other two tutes would've been too big, otherwise)

ANYONE DOING MTH2222 OR MTH2015 THIS SEMESTER:
They've just cut a bunch of tutes - the Wed 8:00 tute for MTH2015 (only one other person was in this tute, so not that big a deal), but MTH2222 they've cut half the tutes off. Might be worth to quickly run on allocate+ and make sure this doesn't affect how you've set up your timetable (because for me it's resulted in having to completely redo my preferences. :\)

Hi just concerned for tutes in one of my units. For my first pref I put Tuesday 11am and according to MUTTS there's two tutes during that time (and allocate+ on 'Show Grid' it also shows two tutes. Now when I look on allocate+, it says that the class is 108% full. Does that take into account both tutes (saying that both are 108% full) or that overall, the 11AM timeslot is 108% full?

I can't see the distinction between the two this you're suggestion?

My understanding is that, if tute 1 has 50 spaces, and tute 2 has 50 spaces, then Allocate+ saying 108% means that 108 people want either of the tutes at 11am.
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

Sorry, I meant does it mean each of the classes are 108% full individually or that overall 11am is 100% full?

If I have no intention to attend a unit's lectures but a lecture clashes with a tute/prac/lab from another unit, is there a way to resolve that clash before the system goes and decides I can't have the tute/prac/lab at that time? Because if I wait for afterwards I might miss out on the timetable slot.

does anything happen when you have a lecture clash?

does allocate just pick one to show on your timetable?

Usually there's no problem (allocate will let it happen), although I have encountered problems scheduling two classes that overlap when one class has a test/assessment during the lecture, i.e. allocate may not allow that scenario. And I think allocate just picks one for the timetable, yeah.

Quick reminder: allocate reopens 10am tomorrow.

Unlike the first stage, changes here into empty spots are on  first come first served basis. Might be worth getting up early just incase you didnt get the slot you want. Also keep in mind people may swap out through the day and week, so, check back often as spots may open up!

In other news, we start next week. How the hell did that happen? It really zoomed by.
