It's pretty much the same thing.
Some could argue that the booklet is better since its all collected together (so you definitely won't lose any cards) and the questions are there as a hardcopy. It literally has exactly the same content as to what is on the flash cards though (as if they scanned it directly into the booklet). The notes section could be handy as well... just to.. write extra notes/hints

But I personally prefer the flash cards just because id use it more since its smaller and its a unique way of revising when you're just tired of staring at books (or in this case, booklets)

Though I only had the cards for the 3/4 I did this year (methods) so I guess I can't really comment on the other subjects.
The methods ones were nice though

Actually wouldn't have been a bad idea to stick some of those into my bound book.
With the online access thing, you can download the "podpack" which is basically image files of each flash card so you can print those and stick those places (such as a bound book

Back to the point... they were just easy to whip out during a meal break and go through them (like the nerd I am)

But I just don't see myself taking out a booklet and looking through that while eating.
All in all, its up to you as to which one is "better". (Note that I am biased)
