Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the history subjects at Melbourne uni? Good/bad, quality of teaching etc.
Texts and Traditions [30]
Revolutions [37]     Biology [31]     National Politics  [31]     French  [32]     English  [41]     ATAR of 85.85
2012  Environmental Horticulture - University of Melbourne
2013  Arts @ Uni of Melb (Hopefully able to transfer from Hort)

I've heard reasonable things about it.  It's likely to be the best quality course in Victoria, although I'd imagine Sydney and ANU would be capable of giving it a run for its money nationally speaking.

Yeh that's what I've gathered from open days and the like. Plus there seems to be a lot of breadth in topic areas at UoM in comparison to say months for example.

Other than the fact that the university is busy cutting money from History like there's no tomorrow, its a very solid department. I have a couple of friends there doing honours and they love it
