Stats on Kangaroo meat? (should probably google, but post here would be good).
Cottage Cheese repulsed me at first, could barely down a tablespoon let alone the 200 grams I have now. I find that with carrots, or cooked lentils it actually tastes really nice.
I should really eat eggs more. Do you think there's much benefit in chucking out the yolk?
Yeah I get it checked every so often in the assessment part of our Gym, started with like 33% in Feb (yeah bad), my last checkup in late October was a bit under 23%. Finding it mighty tough to keep progressing at that rate though (progress has slowed down despite sticking to diet/exercise), but the aim is about what you're at, which is another 10 kilos of fat dropped for me. I think I can do that by the end of the holidays, but my progress over the last three weeks has been lacklustre.
Need to buy Callipers for home I reckon, anyone know any stores I can get them from?
A fast metabolism is a good and bad thing, makes things harder if you want to put on lean mass, but good for avoiding fat as well.
Good Job buddy, so your samotype is a endomorph? endomorphs are sensitive to carbs and they tend to gain weight really fast which really sucks, thats amazing taiga

. Thats really awesome dropping over 10% bodyfat, i imagine your cardivascular system would be really good right now and better than it was ever before, but good jobs man. I don't think they can be anyone achieving a milestone like you nowadays, so cudos to you man.
Kangaroo meat is good, it has less fats and more lean proteinz.
Yeah the fitness instructor pinch my chest, shoulders, arms and legs etc. He did it like each, than calculated and he than said like '13%'.
I dont know any stores that have callipers i guess you gotta buy it off some fitness website.
A few body fat testing can be done under water (which i heard is the most accurate one ever).
yeah chuck the yolk outs, they are a lot more yummier than the white bit, the white bit has da protein fast digesting shiz.
