What do you guys have a part of your fitness diet?

I try to keep my food limited to:

Low sugar fruits, fish, chicken, cottage cheese, normal cheese, and milk/cereal in the morning.

What I've found to be an amazing snack is Strawberries. They're only about 60 cals/punnet, taste amazing, and somehow have low sugar.

vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

Hello Budddy.

3 eggs whites/oats, lean ground beef, lentils/beans, potatoes, tuna, chicken and bread i usually eat those sorts of food and i have sum turkey in the freezer <3 (dat dere poultry proteinz)

Throughout the days between meals i of course drink a lot of water i also eat almonds.
My mum always cook some African cuisines its really healthy <3  beans, lentils, maize, etc (usually sometime around 5:30pm or 6pm).

Hey has anyone checked their Bodyfat percentage before? I checked my bodyfat today at the gym (some fitness instructor weird) today it was 13 %, my strength has been rising goodly due to my low rep ranges and of me eating a bit more.

I did 35kg incline dumbell bench press for 8 reps. Eating more helped me a lot <3

If you could be bothered with the care and preparation and have the space you could try egg laying quails as pets, I got mine recently ;).

I'm lucky, I just have a high metabolism.

Never been over 70kg in weight, (getting closer though).
‎"We divert our attention from disease and death as much as we can; and the slaughter-houses and indecencies without end on which our life is founded are huddled out of sight and never mentioned, so that the world we recognize officially in literature and in society is a poetic fiction far handsomer and cleaner and better than the world that really is."

It's really not that hard to quantify..., but I believe that being raped once is not as bad as being raped five times, even if the one rape was by a gang of people.

u on dat dere celltech brah?

Breakfast is always a bowl of veggies, cereal, and either protein shake or eggs. Then throughout the day it's fruit, chicken sandwiches, nuts, basically any clean foods. Also I try and avoid processed foods as much as possible. I have thought about dirty bulking but not sure if I would go there... apparently it works haha. Since I'm an ectomorph I find it hard to bulk... high metabolism keeps burning all the calories :P

Nah I've never checked by body fat percentage, friend's mum who is a PT was supposed to get some calipers to check but haven't got around to that yet. I'm guessing I'm at around 10%.

Man I do like 20kg DB hahahah, ahh i feel weak  8)

@camo  I'm in situation, but I'm trying to put on weight haha

Stats on Kangaroo meat? (should probably google, but post here would be good).

Cottage Cheese repulsed me at first, could barely down a tablespoon let alone the 200 grams I have now. I find that with carrots, or cooked lentils it actually tastes really nice.

I should really eat eggs more. Do you think there's much benefit in chucking out the yolk?

Yeah I get it checked every so often in the assessment part of our Gym, started with like 33% in Feb (yeah bad), my last checkup in late October was a bit under 23%. Finding it mighty tough to keep progressing at that rate though (progress has slowed down despite sticking to diet/exercise), but the aim is about what you're at, which is another 10 kilos of fat dropped for me. I think I can do that by the end of the holidays, but my progress over the last three weeks has been lacklustre.

Need to buy Callipers for home I reckon, anyone know any stores I can get them from?

A fast metabolism is a good and bad thing, makes things harder if you want to put on lean mass, but good for avoiding fat as well.

Roo meat is low fat and doesn't saturate the pan with fat. I hate those crappy mainstream sausages, too salty and yeah fatty too.

Never!!! I chucked out the yolk for a long while, until irealised that there are so many beneifts to it! Although most of the yolk is fat, it is the good fats: omegas 3 and 6....and so much more...are all found in the yolk. Although it does have chlosterol, it is still the good kind. Recommend until 1-2 per day! Love eggs! there's so much you can do to em...poach, boil, scramble, fry, sunny side... :D :D :D

Regarding the egg yolk.  A lot of bodybuilders chuck it out and have like 10 egg whites. I recommend having 2 eggs, then adding in the extra egg whites to get the protein content up.

Check ebay for calipers?

Good Job buddy, so your samotype is a endomorph? endomorphs are sensitive to carbs and they tend to gain weight really fast which really sucks, thats amazing taiga :D. Thats really awesome dropping over 10% bodyfat, i imagine your cardivascular system would be really good right now and better than it was ever before, but good jobs man. I don't think they can be anyone achieving a milestone like you nowadays, so cudos to you man.

Kangaroo meat is good, it has less fats and more lean proteinz.

Yeah the fitness instructor pinch my chest, shoulders, arms and legs etc. He did it like each, than calculated and he than said like '13%'.
I dont know any stores that have callipers i guess you gotta buy it off some fitness website.

A few body fat testing can be done under water (which i heard is the most accurate one ever).

yeah chuck the yolk outs, they are a lot more yummier than the white bit, the white bit has da protein fast digesting shiz.

Thanks for the kind words man. Yeah I'm somewhere between a Mesomorph and an Ectomorph. I put on both Muscle and Fat reasonably easily. My results have been due to a combination of gaining lean mass and losing fat though. Initially got into such terrible shape due to drinking alcohol and sitting around during the holidays playing Super Nintendo with a mate whilst downing sugary soft drink and potato chips. No bloody idea why we did that, one of my worst life choices and a terrible waste of time. That said we still occasionally hit up the super nintendo, but any food we get is usually strawberries/sugarfree drinks/juice/fruit/cottage cheese + we both started hitting the gym.

Cardio is brilliant now, can jog for what feels like forever, beep test results have increased by a solid ~2.5, and am closing in on the Gym rowing machine record (28 seconds off from the 2km record). As I said, I still am overweight, so need to lose another 8-10 kgs of fat over these holidays, which I think is achievable, just need to add some new things into my regime.

I'll definitely check out Kangaroo meat, I've had it before (tastes like a combination of chicken/lamb right?).
