Altough I don't think I have the required atar for this (2010 clearly-in 98.50) and even with the aid of middle-band for revs and legal I don't anticipate I would get into this course but I got several questions about it.

If I were to take this course am I still able to get into MD at melbourne with the GAMSAT?

Also, what kind of workload would there be?

If I didn't like one of the degrees can I transfer into pure law or pure biomed in the 2nd year?

Also got one more question that is not related to the course. If I was to do a single degree in biomed at monash, would my chances of getting into MD at Mebourne less likely than those who do biomed at melbourne?

EDIT: Also what is the difference between Biomed at Monash (2010 clearly-in 92.45) and Biomed Advance with Honors at Monash (2010 clearly-in 97.15)?

Yes, you will be able to apply for graduate medicine at melbourne uni so long as you undertake the required prerequisite subjects at second year level. Biomedical science and law are both quite demanding in workload so you will have your hands full. You can transfer to the single degree but grades will still be taken into account in the transfer. Should you be successful you will gain credit and do second year subjects. Though i believe you will have to take a few subjects in law that would otherwise be taken in first year for pure law students (i am not 100% on this as i dont study at monash law school).
There is no preference for selecting Melbourne uni biomedicine students to any other biomedical science degree, or any other degree for that matter. So you will not be disadvantaged by studying at monash.
I'll leave your last question for someone else to answer, but from my knowledge there is not a great deal in terms of difference other than prestige. You can basically do everything the advanced students do in the mainstream course.

^ ItsSKC is correct, and as for the last question, the difference is exactly as it says: the 97.15 one has honours included (so a 4 year degree).

Thanks alot guys for the quick replies :)
Helped so much :)
I think I will take biomed/law off my preferences since I would probably struggle since you say its really demanding and also cause biomed and law are like completely different fields. I'll stick to pure biomed.

Thanks :)
