Totally would want to read minds. You could search peoples minds for answers in exams and you'd know what the employer is looking for in interviews.

Could backfire majorly if you are hearing bad things, hearing what everyone is thinking and backstabbing about everyone else e.t.c It would be good if you could turn it on and off though.

Teleportation.
I could just hold out a weapon like a knife, teleport so I'm literally right next to them and without even moving the knife at all it instantly kills.

Then again telekinesis could do a fair bit of damage. If I could control knives and boulders and just hurl them at other people from several kilometres away, there wouldn't be much they could do about that.

This post is kinda creeping me out... Just from that post alone I think I'd like the power to heal from any injury..

hahaha so many analogies, you must really like Heroes! Can you explain why they always said save the cheerleader save the world? They said it every 2 seconds and never explained it (or I missed the episode where it was all explained :P).

Yeah but it would be hard to control so many people at once and without sufficient weapons, it would take ages to kill people.
I reckon you need an AoE spell like the ability to create volcanoes in major cities or something.
