Can anyone recommend any good electives to take at La Trobe University? (Bundoora campus).

Um yeah I don't really get this whole elective business, why do we even have to select one?

I think it depends on the degree. For IT, I have to select 3 non-IT electives in the first year. I guess it's to encourage learning in other areas...or to effectively make student's pay for subjects they don't wanna do.

So far I've decided on:

- Critical Thinking
- The Roman World: Myth and Legend
