Do they only take the third year GPA for say ur resume?

Or do they average your 1st/2nd/3rd year GPA's for your final one.

I think most recent is weighted most heavily

I think i read on someone's post that it is weighted like:

1st year = x 1
2nd year = x 2
3rd year = x 3

So, as paul said, the most recent year is weighted more heavily than than previous years.

(Could be incorrect, though)

Depends on what purpose it's being used for. Some programs will only use subjects from your third year, others might use all three years but weight the last ones more heavily etc.
