How to accept offer from overseas ?

I am currently overseas and wıll be overseas durıng the offers perıod (16th Jan I guess..) How do I accept offer from overseas? I already receıved a letter from RMIT sayıng that my SNAP applıcatıon was successful and I put that as my fırst preference. Now what do I do when I receıve an offer?
