I'm going to be applying to Ivy League colleges and am in Year 12 this year. I'll be sitting the SAT exam and the SAT Subject tests for World History and Mathematics Level 1. I'll be graduating from Haileybury College in 2012 and play in two sports first teams. Rugby and Water Polo. I'm heavily involved in extra-curricular activities at school. I'm the Intelligentsia club captain, Water Polo captain and Model United Nations club captain. I'm also heavily involved in debating and public speaking, taking part in many competitions throughout the year representing my school. I'm also a member of the Labor Party of Australia. I've been doing volunteer work at a Physiotherapy clinic since November 2010 four hours a week during school term and upto 12-16 hours a week on school holidays. I also received a leadership position as a 'Prefect' at school. Do I sound like the type of student that these prestigious colleges are looking for?
Guys i actually know this guy at my school and he is totally not a prefect

LOL BUSTED? Is he everything else? :S

Nonetheless, I think that's not overly impressive but it's worth a shot trying to apply...

I also don't think this is the correct thread to be posting this on... WHY AM I STILL ON VCE NOTES AT 2 AM? ==

Ehm, sorry should I plan something? I have no idea how long 23rd will go on for - SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME GOSH. I AM LOST.

I'd say either 23rd straight after whatever is on the 23rd (SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IT IS TOO? WHAT IS IT CALLED?!), or 24th...I'm poor so someone buy me lunch (kidding - starvation is good for plumpness I heard).

What would you people prefer? We should totes make our meet somewhere near Monash...because we're probably going to be hanging in that area a lot from now on :D (>_> possibly only saying this because she lives closer to monash than city)
