I did Public Relations units at Berwick last year and had a lot of PC kids in my class (not sure if it's a compulsory area of study or not, but most definitely do it). The campus is very chill, far quieter than Clayton (they only admit like 400 students a year compared to the 6000 who got into Clayton this year) so campus culture is a little bit non-existent, but on the plus side the libraries are fairly quiet and you can get work done.

If you do Public Relations, it's pretty easy - but I loved it. Interesting case studies, class discussions etc. You will probably need the textbooks for it, as the exams are pretty much based off the weekly readings. The lecturer even did summary notes of her own lectures, which kind of negated the point in taking notes in the first place...

Some places are amazing. Centre Noodle is actually amazing, I'm pretty sure they put some additive in their food that makes me crave it like nothing else. The Kitchen makes amazing baguettes as well.

I do commerce, it isn't that bad though it depends what subjects you are doing that will determine the work load (ie. MKC was fairly chilled but then accounting required more effort and work)

Joins lots of students groups (eg. Anime Club, Photography club etc...) and go to the activities they host like BBQ, picnics, movie nights to meet more friends.

And overall, just enjoy the freedom uni offers haha XD

Why not?

The obvious haha - i just think everything tastes awful. How can several places get even sushi so, so wrong? I would probably eat lunch at wholefoods every day if it wasn't so packed, and I did enjoy those spicy chips from the periperi place occasionally. So maybe not EVERYWHERE is bad :P

I think it also has something to do with me having to walk through the centre every morning to get to my classes (bus dropped me off at the engineering side). And the smell of that place in the morning (gross accumulation of mixed food smells) made me feel soo sick and I wanted to avoid that place always.

Is there anywhere besides wholefoods that does toasted sandwiches with just like cheese and tomato? I would get that every day to avoid starving and running to the nearest fast food place on my way home, if so.
