I was wondering how much would a full year 11 leadership course at your school, benefit yourself in a medicine university interview, and if you wanted to specialize later ?

It'll make no difference to your ability to specialize. As to an interview situation...I guess it could benefit you, but it'll be because you've acquired generic skills from it, rather than something it's taught you specifically.

Yes, but what i'm trying to say is will the interviewers be impressed more so than someone who hadn't done one - and will it give you an advantage in getting a csp,bmp or erc?

How do you plan for them to find out?

perhaps, if they are asking you what you would do in a scenario work situation working with others as a team member/leader in a stressful situation - you could probably squeeze in that you had some previous leadership experience and working as a team member. maybe?
