2012 Semester One Timetable Thread

Im stuck at work and can't access the portal cause apparently it's down... sigh. Lucky it's third year though, not many options for the timetable anyway so shouldn't miss out on too many of the good timeslots

OMG. I got into Biol.

OK. So figure out your whole timetable (apart from Bio), and then press "Generate clash-free timetable".

It put bio in the gaps (and thus made the timetable I was going for).

Soo, eitehr it randomly generated a whole new timetable that was exactly what I had before + bio, or it randomly put bio in where it wouldn't clash.

that works but awww i wanted 9am lectures for bio instead they put me in the 10am lectures :/

Just go to the 9am lectures, it doesn't really matter. Also it's normally the least attended lecture as you know, it is 9am and all :p

Just go to the 9am lectures, it doesn't really matter. Also it's normally the least attended lecture as you know, it is 9am and all :p

yea otherwise i would have 3 hour straight lectures with no break. So you can just pop into lectures that you havn't signed up for?

There's only one lecture option for Chem lecture 2 and same with Media and Society lecture 2. Unfortunately they clash together and I can't change either. What can I do ?

Can you do both intro to micro and macro concurrently or is it strictly you have to do micro first as it is a prereq?

Peedles: Why are there 3 lectures for UNIB20007? Coordinator says 2, portal lists 3 lectures yet I cant find the 3rd among the selections?

According to the timetable handbook, it might only be for two days:

"UNIB20007   L03/01 09th & 23rd Mar   Friday   1:00pm - 2:00pm   Th:207 Bouverie St-Theatre 2   1 hour"
