Tired when I come home from school

Hey guys -
I exercise heaps, get 6-12 hrs sleep on average
and the past few days i've been so drained it's terrible
I am literally so tired, that i'm too tired to even get to sleep, past week has been like i'm not fully awake nor am i fully asleep

sometimes i just laugh as i slip into bed because it doesn't even make sense to me how i can be too tired to sleep

any suggestions?
I generally always listen to my ipod when im sleeping (not that loud, my hearing is awesome) so im gonna stop that from today and see if it changes.

has anyone had this happen? It's sooo bad i can barely do anything because i start sleeping in the bus
and i always have milo cereal first

Between my fatigue (due to lack of sleep) and procrastination, I don't get any work done during the week (I didn't get any work over the weekend either, haha). Also, it's hard to pay attention in class when too when you're eyes water when you look up at the board.

I feel your pain, but nothing a warm shower and nutella toast can't fix. It works wonders for me
