Can I Do Honours/Masters/pHD at another University? After Completing Bachelor.

I am interested in doing Master Of Biotechnology at Melbourne University however currently I do not study there.
 
I am curious as to whether I can transfer into a Masters Course at Melb Uni if my GPA from my bachelors degree is high.

Yes, every uni has there own minimum requirement in bachelor degree to get into masters.
