Chemistry Practice Exams - Which ones to do?
« on: April 05, 2012, 10:01:01 pm »

I'm aiming to do about 25-30 practice exams for both Chemistry and Physics, and I have many available, but I was just wondering which ones should be of higher priority?
Obviously VCAA and NEAP will be up there, but what other companies are good? And which ones should I avoid? And how do I get 2011/2012 practice exams?
Any help is greatly appreciated ^__^

Well, they were alright, overly long from memory though.

NEAP, KBT, Thushan/Luke's one are good imo

How about STAV and CSE papers, any good?

I personally find STAV to be pretty similar to the VCAA papers and simultaneously quite challenging in that they test the depth of your understanding.

I found that their lecture notes were quite useful, however agreed that the lecture itself was pathetic.

STAV is designed to be very similiar to the VCAA exams. I would recommend doing all of them that you can lay your hands on.

IARTV, are quite difficult (as there are many mistakes in the questions sometimes, but they are quite good)
