LOL as if you were going to get a goal in the last 20 seconds...

In conclusion: Hird Vs. Buckley- Winner is Buckley

anything coulda happen.  a goal, a point. or nothing. swan didnt know the time before the runners told him, and it was in essendons forward half!

and yeah whatever! hirdies better anyways!

So then the issue isnt Swan knowingly keeping the ball because it was the last 20 seconds of the game, its him holding onto the ball because he couldnt find a free player to kick it to? Correct me if I'm wrong doesnt that make him a logical player considering he didnt just kick the ball off into nowhere just for the sake of it, because there was no point in doing so? notsurewhatyou'retryingtosay The point is WHAT FUCKING DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?

Ohhhhh snap, Bhootnike you just got told. Kazdawg to be fair he said all these things in anger, now he has calmed down he realises that the Pies are just too good in every facet of the game

Coming from an unbiased onlooker (I'm a bulldogs supporter), you can't possibly complain that Swan holding onto the ball is cheating!! I mean honestly any player in any team would do that in his position. And I can't possibly think of a rule-change that would stop that. Sorry, just got a little annoyed reading the posts calling Dane Swan a cheat. Seriously it just reeks of biased one-eyed supporters (although I do realise it was probably said in anger at the moment rather than a considered response).

It was a good game that really could have gone either way in the end but you have to admit that Collingwood were the better team overall. And if you want to complain about anything, complain about the advantage decision at the end after Ugle got tackled. I honestly don't think Watson knew it was a free kick and just jammed it on the boot. Not much of an advantage ....

I'll admit that Collingwood deserved to win, but the above statement isn't really true :P

So true. The ball went straight for the boundary, in what way is that advantage! Also Collingwood coming off a practice match against Port, where as we played premiership favourites in Carlton. Hardly even preparation if you ask me.

But really, we were lucky to come within a point. Collingwood absolutely dominated the first qtr.

the second last point u make supports my suggestion of that essendon are contenders for top 4 this year, if we continue this run.

Nah, Essendon won't make the top 4, we're not ready for that yet, especially with so many injuries.

Yeah I realised Ahahaha. Obviously I would get offended if someone attacked a player of my team for less than petty reasons but also it irritated me because when Collingwood loses I dont pick on players of the opposing team to blame for our loss, I would blame players from our team because that is where the blame should lie.

Nonetheless, where the fuck did Cloke learn to catch from? We already knew he needs some help from FARK from Sam, but seriously, there were at least 2 marks in that last qtr that he should have taken.

OMFG Jetta, we had the game but he had to save the ball. If he let that ball out for a throw in we would have had a chance. Everyone would have been in the 50 and someone could have kicked a point.

Chyeaah collingwood! Bet you weren't expecting us to win ahhaah (i wasn't either for that matter). This is usually the time where I rub it in to people about our measly 1 pt win, after all the stuff i get thrown at me when we lose
