Organic Compound properties

I have a few questions on particular properties of organic compounds:

1/ How does or does the solubility of a cycloalkane and cycloalkene differ? They are both insoluble right? but does one have a greater solubility than the other?

2/ What happens when you burn cycloalkanes and cycloalkenes? Difference?

3/ What does  KOH with chloroalkane do?

None of these answer I could find in my textbook so hopefully someone can help me on here. Any help is greatly appreciated! :)
