Hey,
Ok so this is my dilemma.
I chose chem at the beginning of the year looking forward to it and being so keen to get into it.
Turns out, I HATE IT SO MUCH.
I'm supposed to be studying for a chem 1/2 test tomorrow, but I just can't study.
All my test marks have pretty much been below average, and I seriously have no motivation to improve.
We get weekly hw to finish the chapter's questions, etc. and I hate it every time.
I just really dislike it, and I want to give up.
I kept telling myself that I'd keep trying, but I seriously think I'd rather watch paint dry than do chemistry.
I don't know what's wrong, but I know that I'm wasting hours trying to do chem that could be well spent on something that actually interests me.
I would like to do BA (hopefully) in uni anyways, so should I just drop it and pick up another subject, like further maths? Being curry and all (probs the only reason why I'm actually doing it), should I just continue it- do you have any other advice to keep me sustained?
BECAUSE I DON'T THINK I'D COPE TRYING TO GET THROUGH IT NEXT YEAR... I know that studying it at home next year will greatly affect my other subjects in the sense that all motivation to study will be gone, as does happen every single time I do chemistry. It's just precious time going to waste...
Thanks in advance...
