What's the difference b/w how Australia protects rights and how US protects em?

Please answer...really appreciate a detailed response. Describe the difference and similarities between how Australia protects the rights under the Constitution and how US protects rights under the constitution, who does it more effectively? 10 marks.

Yeah! Main difference is that the United States have an entrenched bill of rights ( the first 10 amendments in the Constitution of the US are known to be their bill of rights), whereas the Australian Constitution does not contain a bill of rights. A similarity is the the system of checks and balances and to change the wording of the constitution involves a fairly complex and lengthy process. And so on...

I was just after a better response so can be assure that I have outlined the main differences and similarities and have a well written structure. But no worries.
