I don't mind the morning time...however it will require me to leave at like 7am to get there on time ><
Leave or wake up at 7am? If you actually meant the former, how long does it take you to get to uni, then?

Leave. Generally with an express train, I can do it in a bit over an hour, but exams make me stressed, so I want to get there early...maybe not 7am...maybe just like 7:45 or something.

Eh.
My dad just drives me to the place when I have exams at uni because he doesn't want me to risk being late due to possible deficiencies in public transport.

How would one get to the Royal Exhibition Building from say.. Melbourne Central? How long does it take to get there, and are we expected to get there earlier than that time, or just by that time?

revel, I know what you were referring to.

Forgot to add, bringing a bag is not recommended as you need to push your way into one of two shipping containers outside the venue and find a spot for your bag.
And leaving well, if you happen to leave earlier than the end time of your exam you're ok but if you stay til the end, you will be waiting for a good 10mins before you can get into the container to retrieve your bag as people will be pushing and shoving etc...

That's weird cos I have a study week in 2 weeks ... I hope the exam isn't then =\

No, I have some lady for culture (this is culture for levels 5 and 7), also useless. Generally all culture lecturers suck because culture lectures suck :P

Nah not in german study week... in the SWOT VAC or whatever it's called, the week before the main exams start.
I was really looking forward to German culture but Axel just talks about nothing for two hours.. we're doing german literature too :\ I WANTED TO DO GERMAN HISTORY, cry.

I have a feeling that's a major reason why they don't let you out in the last 10 minutes or something (or was it 30?) - that's the time period where most people may be inclined to 'compete' on the basis of leaving earlier than everyone else in order to get their bags, but the end result is that everyone thinks the same way, engages in an arms race and they are all left with less time on their exam and no advantage at getting their bag (as it is based on the time you leave relative to others - the crowd will just be there earlier).

My exam timetable is 9th, 10th, 23rd, 25th.
