best time to do vcaa exams?

I'm more than ready to start the proper vcaa exams 08 onwards since I've done quite a few trial exams. But when is the best time to go through all four exams? All on the final week or do I go through all of them now?

I would suggest 2 weeks before, i know usually people leave one before the exams and stuff, i did this, but now i personally don't see any point in it. You may as well do it all now and then just keep re-doing them until you get everything correct. This is just a personal opinion, by all means you could leave the 2011 one out and do the rest, whatever way you feel most comfortable i guess. :)

Try an older one soon (not 2009, as from memory it was pretty challenging) to see where you stand :) Then leave the rest towards the end :)

Do 2008 and 2010 now, if you can (: Those will be a good gauge of how you're going. 2009 is prolly the most difficult from within the current study design.

Do 2008 first, because it's the easiest (first year of the new study design).

Then do 2010 or 2011, they're both easier than the 2009 exam.

Before doing the 2009 VCAA, I did the company exams for 2010 because they kinda upped the difficulty, and I got a feel of what the 2009 VCAA exam would be like.

Do the 2009 VCAA by the end of this coming week, you'll want to do the VCAA exams again the week before the exam because it's unlikely that you're going to remember the answers and questions to every paper.

I actually found 2011 to be far more challenging than the 2009 paper. It really makes you think.

Do KBT '10 before you do VCAA 2009 ;)

If you aren't strong with chem, I wouldn't recommend doing KBT, you'll just feel worse about yourself. It's way above what VCAA can throw at you.

I'm getting in the 70s and low 80s with commercial papers, so is it worth while for me to do the KBT exam? or is it better if i jus continue to do commercial papers seeing as if KBT is way above VCAA level? Would someone at my level benefit from doing it?

No matter how well you're doing, I reckon just reading through the answers to the KBT exam (whilst reading the paper) would be beneficial to all.

Haha thanks VegemitePi, i feel a bit better about my scores now :), it's just members on here all seem to be soo smart, being able to answer questions posed by others, and when i try to answer the questions on this forum, i usually struggle, so i just sit back and let the pros do it  :P
