With the first question on the short answer i said the structure was a Phopholipid bilayer, would this be accepted?

Also for Q15 on the multi choice i reckon that they asked for the INdepednent variable

I (respectfully) disagree on 10 in the MCQ (the one you flagged). The cells extravasating are neutrophils (lobed nucleus, granular cytoplasm) which will act as phagocytes.

Which was Jonah's activity, since that was what was changing and being tested.

I'm not even close to being as insanely intelligent as the people on this board are, so I'm sure my disagreement with question 10 comes from a bias considering I chose D).
The question presents a diagram showing a bacterial infection within a human. Is it possible to have an internal bacterial infection without tissue damage? It's my interpratation that there is tissue damage not shown, and hence the cells would produce and release histamine in response to the tissue damage. The cells themselves don't cause vasodilation, just the histamine. Also, the question says that the cells (presumably mast cells) release histamine in response to tissue damage, not the tissue damage, so it may not even be required, that's just a function of the cells represented.
I'm happy to concede I've already started forgetting some Unit 3 content though.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write these up Panicmode :)

Just wondering, I wrote 'chloroplasts and a large vacuole' rather than 'chloroplasts and a cell wall' for 1b, would this be accepted?

That was where my toss up was. I'll give it a change now. I'm pretty sure it wasn't A or D.

Whether or not there is tissue damage isn't entirely relevant. The diagram shows cells leaving the blood and then migrating towards bacterial cells - mast cells don't do this.

You are correct that there will be vasodilation in response to the tissue damage, but it's not the cells labelled that's causing it

In Q8d, the stem of the q said that "they do not require prime soil, reliable rainfall and a particular climate" so would temperature still be an accepted condition?

on the second last question could you say taking the pyruvate out of the system would save more co2?
and on the last question would oxygen levels and glucose levels be accepted?
