Who has started unit 4, how is it going so far? easier than unit 3?

I need to do better this unit dont want to be dropping marks!

Does anyone have any practise SAC's for AOS1 or any past SAC's If so please send them to me :)

I dunno about difficulty but I loved U4. Found it more interesting (went from a high B+ to a high A+ from U3 to 4)
If you haven't, get your hands on Legal Notes [A+, and do those questions at the end of each topic. It's a beast book.
Unfortunately I don't have any practices!

I have it and yes i love it, its basically all i use now for legal, the questions are great and it makes things so much easier!

Haven't started Unit 4 yet, but here's a practice SAC for AOS1.

Unit 4 fundamentally is about resolution of disputes within our modern day legal system whereas Unit 3 was about history and constitution. So yes, if you prefer to learn more about the application of the law in the courts nowadays, you'll certainly enjoy it more than unit 3.

I'm enjoying Unit 4, whilst learning the jurisdiction is a bit dry it is stimulating because this knowledge is more easily applied to daily situations. I'm constantly telling people to go to VCAT for their dispute resolution needs! LOL
