83 for Neurophysiology, happy with that. That's it for my GPA for 2013 med entry, hopefully it's enough!

Well done to everyone  :)

I think I know why Calculus 1 hasn't come out yet. The examiners are ripping their hair out trying to mark all the papers because 70% of the cohort would have failed it!

It's obvious isn't it? The look on everyone's face coming out of that exam was like 'wth, now I know why I didn't pick specialist!'

Are you sure they haven't been marked yet? What are the results that have come up on our study plans then?

don't worry, lucky it's just first sem first year it doesn;t affect gpa that much, you can still score a really good gpa! :)

well that;s good to hear :)
But you're wrong in saying that prospects aren't looking good for med, you'd be surprised to know how well you can still do. You should google gpa calculator-click on the ellipsoid link :)

Don't be disheartened by first year results. I had less than impressive first year marks (they were pretty bad!! I hardly studied at all) but have ended up pulling an OK gpa. First year only counts 1/6th, so at the end of the degree it's not much at all!

From what I've heard I think it is a harder step up from methods -> calc 1 than it is from specialist -> calc 2.
