Bed: 1-2am
Wake up: 7:30-8am

I'd be dead everyday if that were me.

During school, anywhere from 11.3opm-2am bedtime and an 8am wake-up assuming I am on time to school.
Holidays. 4am-6am bedtime with around a 3pm wake-up assuming there's nothing else to do during the day. (Y)

It seems like my old sleeping patterns :P Then the dean and my teacher had a talk to me because I stay up late ==!

These holidays, I've been sleeping at 4-5AM and waking up at 9-11AM.

During school I usually sleep at 1:30-2AM and wake up at 7AM.

I have a similar sleep cycle to you during the school holidays however I usually wake up at 12AM-1PM. But I usually get tired sleeping at 1-2 on weekdays. How do you manage with only 5 hours of sleep on school days? Give me some advice! :D

5 hours of sleep is a BAD thing, you wouldn't want any such advice to do that :P

Two double shot short blacks every day (in the morning and early afternoon) from the school cafe :P

VegemitePi is right, though.

Is there a way to sleep less but still feel refreshed or is that physically impossible?
Also does anyone have some advice on sleeping earlier? I find it extremely hard to sleep between 9:00-10:00. I've tried sleeping at 6-7 sometimes but it never seems to work it as well.

For sleeping earlier, just try to go to sleep like 10 mins earlier than you normally do and get up earlier each day by 15-20 mins, you'll eventually go to sleep early because of gradual changes.
