Is there a way to sleep less but still feel refreshed or is that physically impossible?
Also does anyone have some advice on sleeping earlier? I find it extremely hard to sleep between 9:00-10:00. I've tried sleeping at 6-7 sometimes but it never seems to work it as well.

For sleeping earlier, just try to go to sleep like 10 mins earlier than you normally do and get up earlier each day by 15-20 mins, you'll eventually go to sleep early because of gradual changes.

Thanks! But can you reduce it by more then 10 mins a day like maybe 20-30 mins?

You can always try, if it doesn't work just go back to 10 mins.

LOL.  Invent this and you'll become a billionaire!

Well there actually is a way! well not really

If you fell asleep right on 11pm and woke up right on 5am you will could potentially have a better quality sleep than someone who sleeps 7-8 hours. This is Because you will wake up at the end of your sleep cycle (they last 90 minutes)

lol yes? The science is pretty simple, you sleep in 90 min cycles, when you wake up in the middle of one you will feel groggy/tireed for the rest of the day. if you wake up at the end/start of one you will feel better supposedly something like that
