What is access melbourne . How can  I  apply? when can i apply ?
2011-biology
2012-Aiming  for ATAR of 90+

have you checked their website? They explain it pretty well, here's a link:

Basically if you meet the financially disadvantaged category or rural then you get guaranteed entry into the course if you meet a lower ATAR, for example for science and art it's 78 and for biomedicine it's 92.

you apply through SEAS application which you will be doing with your school soon and then Melbourne uni would look at it themselves, you don't have to complete a separate  application process for it.
