AN end of year meetup

Hey guys :)

I thought I would put out the idea to have an ATAR Notes meetup at the end of the year. Would be nice to meet some other fellow forumites and it could be fun.

Perhaps we could grab lunch and play Laser Tag at Galactic Circus in Crown Casino? You don't need to be over 18 for this (to the extent of my knowledge) and maybe we could get a good deal if heaps of people want to do it.

If anyone is afraid of the whole "stranger danger" issue or meeting up with people from the internet, you should probably be okay since it's going to be in a very public area, not a sevluded warehouse or a strangers house.


Perhaps post in the comments section below whether you would be interested in such a meet up?
This would of course be after the end of year exams when we're all probably free :)

A few years ago, the VNers went on a sexy cruise ship (Over9000's boat, I believe).
Seeing as you buy $80 shaving cream, I'm expecting big things from you.

Since when does me buying a certain shaving cream dictate that I am obliged to providing certain "services" (for lack of a better term) to anyone?

I've been thinking about what you said and I agree - we should definitely go on a boat cruise.

I have attached a picture of a boat for hire at the same dock as my parents' yacht. Depending on how many people would like to come, I'm sure it could be arranged to hire multiple boats.

Also, cropped the original picture (got rid of my parents' yacht, so nobody accuses me of showing off - also so that the dock can't be readily identified by sight and also got rid of the exif data so nobody can track the address the photograph was taken at).

btw good idea for a meet-up, but I think it's best to organise this a bit later when more people will be on to see it and think about it. Lots of VCE to come yet :)
