Physics SS 30~33?

Hi!, how hard would i have to work for a 30~33  SS for physics, if i got a C for my mid years, assuming it was a high C and probably B+/A for Unit 3/4 Sacs.
What would i need to aim for end year exams?!  Thanks :)
