I went there thinking, OMG INDIAN FOOD.

Agreed on the general info session. Look at unimelb's website and you'll get the same info. Open days are generally not for course information, but for getting a "feel" for the place you could be spending the next 4+ years at. Make sure you feel 'at home,' as no rankings, prestige or even scholarship money (obviously varies depending on the amount) will make up for feeling out of place. Just a thought.

Kids, i you want freebies - definitely check out the spot building. Commerce is probably melb uni's biggest money spinner. ^.^

The anatomy museum is open to the public for this one day of the year, so if you're interested in that at all (even if you're not planning on a career in that field) come along. I am apparently volunteering there and it'll be pretty good.

Also lol@the desperate monash comparisons

1) The spot lecture halls are amazing
2) Treenycorn is not a Pokemon
3) Bidoofs are cooler than Bibarels
4) They are doing the maths challenge there tomorrow as far as I know
5) THE WEATHER HAS CHANGED TO MOSTLY CLOUDY TOMORROW! THANK YOU WEATHER GODS! hahaha
