whats the difference between working in hospitals and public health btw?
This is a complex question, which requires a complex answer - you need to do your research.
Public Health is pretty much a career in policy making, research, government advisory...etc. It is essentially a "desk job" where you will be looking at the population and factors which affect the health of the population. It pretty much will include things such as public health policy, epidemiology and biostatistics. Generally you won't have to deal with "bodily fluids".
Most other careers in medicine - whether you're working in a hospital or in a private clinic, you'll have to come across "bodily fluids" - if you know what I mean.
How often do you do these things in medicine course?
Once a week, sometimes once a fortnight - but yeah, pretty often.
