Unit 4/ Exam preparation

Hi guys! I'm just wondering if anyone has any practise SAC's or revision question for unit 4 AOS 2?
I have my first SAC for this AOS on next week and i wouldn't mind some extra resources for further study!

How is everyone finding unit 4? How is everyone starting to prepare for the exam?
Starting to get a bit nervous, wouldn't forgive myself if i made any mistakes on the exam!

ATARNotes has a strict policy on copyright material. If you want more practice before your SAC, you should try getting the Checkpoints study guide for VCE Legal Studies; it has exam-style questions for each AOS in it. My general advice for exam preparation is to find a balance between writing summary notes and doing actual exams. For exams, I believe it's quality over quantity. Good luck!

There are lots of questions that aren't copyrighted as well, though. Here's a Prac SAC for when you have a 60-minute block up your sleeve - it's on the whole of Outcome 2, though, as teachers all seem to split it differently. It's pretty easy to replace 'civil' with 'criminal' or 'adversary system' with 'jury system', though, to tailor questions.
[Update: full for 2018.] I give Legal lectures through CPAP, and am an author for the CPAP 'Legal Fundamentals' textbook and the Legal 3/4 Study Guide.
Available for private tutoring in English and Legal Studies.

Good luck!

Once again, thank you for your help and taking the time to give assistance to us VCE Legal students.
Greatly appreciated!!!
