I need some literature homework help, my lit teacher doesn't explain things or teach us properly if anyone could give me some pointers it would be greatly appreciated.

What are some of the views and values evident in the novel that Fitzgerald holds? Does he endorse or challenge them?  (I know he values more traditional values)

What are some of the views and values that some of the characters hold with examples.
(I know that Nick holds traditional values such as honesty and turst etc)

Thanks  :)
