identity and Belonging!??!!

Ok.. so...

I'm doing identity and belonging. creative. with catcher in the rye and witness.

Also our teacher wants us to use other examples not only the required. Like "america's most hated family" if u hav heard of it.... and billy elliot.

The teachers really structural and told us what each paragraph should be. Overcontrolling much?? so that includes not in a particular order but...

1. Families. including ur own experience, unconditional love, Billy Elliot breaking free, Stoeln, Gilbert Grape, Gattaca etc. anything to do with that stuff...

2. Extreme groups. witness and america's most hated family, nazi's where their identity is imposed on them...

3. Those who don't fit in but their environment gives them a framework to reject. Holden Caulfield and the 60's hippies...

Now my issue is that well i REALLY don't want to write about the 'hippies' and stuff coz i don't know enough about them and well.... if i don't write about them my teacher gets annoyed as the only other thing in my paragraph is holden, so therefore the focus is only on one example... SOOOO... ne1 got any ideas as to what else i can include into my 3rd paragraph.. like as a generalisation..oh and why..

also another question. I'v been told that i can't put the movie castaway in this topic as well... WHERE DOES IT GO?? lol. especially just coz i wanna mention wilson.. oh and the songs aswell. like "breakaway - kelly clarkson' supposedly that can go in too.. still confused as to where...

oh.. and SCREAM because ur english SAC on creating and presenting is on this tuesday AFTER school and then u must go to the access education lecture straight after!?! ARGH!?!

if its creative writing, then your teacher shouldnt influence your writing at all, sure they can put give u advice to what u need, but thats why its creative writing, making up a story..

anyway, ill upload mine, it relates to witness and rumspringa, if u watched the devils playground, it has nothing about what u need in yours, however, just use mine as a guide perhaps.

lol. thankyou. That peice was nothing like mine. Mine was more like an essay type. Although our teachers were like "creative and presenting" and yeh. Suposedly its our own peice but "IF we wanna do well we should do what they say" aka.. they're marking it... we're stupid... follow orders.. grrr.. i think its more i just don't like my teacher but hey.... shes the one marking me..
