Just wondering if I wrote an imaginative piece in one of my SACs can I use the same one in my exam if it fits the prompt?
Or would VCAA have a problem with that?

I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. VCAA don't see the SAC, only the mark.

For the record, I wrote a piece for my context SAC that was almost identical to one that I wrote in the exam :)

Make sure you have memorised a piece that can be altered to fit many prompts.

Learn a number of pieces for the exam - ideally you want at least three, especially if you're doing Creative.  :)
