Unfortunately, you will be looking at 250-300 for apartments close to melb uni. I suggest living a little further out - ie. north melb/flemington where you might be able to get shared housing for 150.

Having said that, itll be pretty hard to get those kind
Of deals as you most likely wont know anyone as a 1st yr.
