I got 99/100 SACs for Further, but this is rank 1. If I had gotten 100/100, would my overall result at the end of the year be better or the same compared to the result that I currently have?

Only if you are not ranked one with 99/100. But if you are ranked 1 with 99/100, doesn't really make a difference towards your ranking.

From what I know, it shouldn't make a difference. Even if it did, I doubt that one mark would cause any significant change. Well done on the score though.

If you were ranked one and had a SAC score or 50/100 it doesn't make a difference in comparison to 100/100 (in terms of relative study score calculations).

It doesn't matter what scores you get. Your ranking matters. You should be insanely happy
I get 98/100 for methods but my ranking is 7 or 8  Hate my teacher, minus 2 marks in my SAC because I didn't put setting of my CAS in right float and it gave 3 decimal places instead of exact values
