Can I just say, 1st December went from being the day where most people could come in the last poll to where most people can't come.

I'm guessing that a lot of those 1st december people ticked 'fine with any day'

I think it's probably best to just leave the statistics and just come up with some definite dates. Either way we'll end up with stuff coming up and people not being able to come. I think we've figured just about everything we can from polls, they're too impersonal to figure out any specific details.

I don't think getting a bunch of students who have just finished exams and likely haven't left their books for 1-3 months and have been indulging in food to do a 5km is going to turn out the way you envision

Certainly vegetarian options. Was planning on it... What I wanted to know - does anyone super badly want halal meat or will those who require it be happy with vegetarian options?
