eoc's been out for a while now,
its not that bad imo

air spells are pretty much for free now!

air spells require air runes only now, so if you have an air staff you don't need any runes

sadly not the case with fire tho, fire surge still requires air + fire :\

yeah its not the runescape of old anymore i guess, but meh, i i dont mind it ;p
