Considering 3 C+'s will give ~30, a D+ C C will probably net around 25 I assume. Just a guess though.

Nothing close to as low as 15 with a C on exam. C's on the exam, and this ranking would, to my understanding, give minimum of ~22. But I would expect it would be closer to 25. I'm no expert on this SS prediction, but I'm certain you would have to go much worse than C's on the exam to get below ~22. If you got a mid or high C in both exams then given your SAC marks, I believe 25 should be about where you will end up. A C+ in the exams would secure a 25 pretty comfortably I believe.

As far as the prediction goes I think Tommy's pretty accurate.
That being said, downvoting Inspectorfletcher is uncalled for. He took a guess trying to answer someone's question, which is all people can really do on this board. I've upvoted the post to balance the undeserved negvote, not because I agree with what is posted. People that want your score predicted, don't downvote people that are trying to help, otherwise go do it yourself.

WTF ? ARE U EFFING SRS? ITS THAT HARD TO GET A 25?  WAT THE FARK YOU BETTER BE SURE MATE.
He better be sure or else what? Try to talk to people with more respect, and if you weren't intending to come off that way maybe double-check your posts before you post them. Don't mar an otherwise very friendly and helpful community with phrases like "wat the fark you better be sure mate."

Inspectorfletcher -> you could verify your guess with the formula x-avg/SD. We know that the SD of a study score is 7, the average is 30 and x is 15 in your case. This gives us -2.14 standard deviations away from the mean which would put him in the lowest 4% of the state on estimation -> an unreasonable percentage considering 50% of people get above or below a C+. A 23 is a lot more reasonable. Efforts are admirable but it's best to be sure when you're potentially going to heavily demotivate someone by making them think their best effort will net them a 15.

Lol ok year 10 I don't think you should predict study scores for anyone... 15? Jesus

~25
Lay off. All year levels are welcome. Don't use someone's year level as a put down.

Just merely pointing out that I think this person would want advice on his study score from someone who has experience in the matter? I'm all for people giving help, didn't say he wasn't welcome, but just randomly blurting 15-23 is evidently not helpful. And he sounded sorta rude.
I just personally think it was inappropriate.
Didn't mean it as a "put down."
Fair enough. 15 was definitely an incorrect figure->I think he will learn from my outline above. Specifying 'year 10' just seemed a little derisive to me. I'm glad you didn't intend it that way.
