just have a regular sleeping pattern and not going to sleep when you feel like it. it not only helps your body to maintain a good routine but you also sleep faster. TRUST ME it works. no need for the fapping.
Why should I trust that it works, do you have any sort of scientific backup for this claim? I find it odd to not go to sleep when you feel like it.
There are plenty of arguments that work for and against it. I did follow a strict routine and it definitely worked.
People say that as you develop a routine, your body knows this and starts preparing your body for sleep, however, I find that if your exercise and energy consumption varies significantly, it goes out of the window.
Point is, developing a routine will help you fall asleep "when you feel like it" at the right time. Sure if we were like actual animals it would work, get up, hunt and do what ever we would've done.. But we have to wake up and do stuff now... So it helps to keep a routine.
