I'd imagine the 10 marks will surround change management.

According to my teacher its likely going to be Lewins OR Highrisk/lowrisk change management strategies. Kotters is unlikely to be on the sac because it was the 10 mark question last year.
TO get full marks you need to relate these theories with examples.
Thank god busman is one of my last exams.
Real worried about english and further maths right now. Last day of school tommorow, should be fun  :)

The 10 marker has been Kotters 2 years in a row I believe. A lot of teachers are throwing out different theories but no one really knows, I think it will be something strange and unusual to change it up. Possibly a combination of things.

I thought Kotter's is the only change theory that's listed on the study design.

If it's on Lewin's I will crack the shits, considering I don't even know what it is...

Lewin's isn't even on the study design, I don't think you need to worry about a 10 marker asking for it specifically, plus you're not the only one who has no idea about it, so don't feel alone haha.

Lewins created the idea of active and restraining forces. In order for change to be successful active forces need to overwhelm restraining forces. This means obstacles need to be removed.

Wasn't Lewin in the old study design?

I think it's irrelevant. But for some reason, my Business Management book makes a big deal out of it

The study design doesn't' specifically mention Lewin, rather just driving and restraining forces (and force field analysis as an extention I assume) - if I'm expected to write a 10 marker on Lewin alone, I'll be a tad annoyed  ??? My school used the Compak sac for change management and that specifically mentioned 'explain Lewin's force-field analysis'  >:(

But didn't they have driving and restraining forces in the 2010 exam as the 10 mark question?

In my opinion they will definitely change it up this year, but that's just my opinion.
They could possibly change it to
- High risk/low risk factors and which is better
- Driving and Restraining with examples from your case

If they change it, does that mean Kotter won't come up or will it feature as a 6 to 8 marker ?
