Practice exam question help?

Can anyone please give me a FULL MARK EXAM ANSWER to this question (worth 2 marks)?  :)

Hussein and Nadja's two-year-old-son, Tolga, is beginning to learn to talk. He learns new words each day, and his knowledge of sounds and his ability to say words improves very rapidly.

Briefly desribe what will happen to Tolga's neurons during this stage of his development.

Thanks  :)

As Tolga is learning to talk, long term potentiation is occurring. Long term potentiation refers to the long lasting strengthening of the synaptic connections of neurons resulting in an enhanced functioning of neurons whenever activated. The neurons in his brains will; release more neurotransmitter, grow bushier dendrites and more synaptic connections will form, resulting in learning.

Don't know the actual answer because VCAA suck but I would say that.

Would synaptogenesis be involved?

Yes but I don't feel (personally) that you need to mention it. If the question was 3 marks I would though.
