You  must relate and refer to the NPHA that you're talking about so the examiners know exactly what you are talking about. I will include a example of how to answer this. For example Cancer contributes to a high burden of disease, especially YLL because it is a terminating illness, which results in premature death. The reasons for the implementation of NHPAs can be used for every NHPA
