What WON'T be the ten mark question?

It would be difficult to predict what area of the course the end question on the exam will be, but are there any areas that we can certainly rule out? I actually don't have many 10 mark evaluations memorised (my jury and court evaluations are only 8 marks worth). What are your thoughts?

Well, I think 2011's 10 marker definitely won't be in. :P

Realistically it could be anything from the study design. As mentioned above the 2011 10-mark question is one to most likely not appear, though I suspect that this year's question may take note from last year's and combine two areas of study. That being said, it could still incorporate either the VLRC or jury system in some way, though I'm betting that it won't. My hope is that it has more of a general focus on the adversary system combining with another topic, but as stated it could cover anything in the study design. Just be ready for almost anything.
