Ok then what was the answer?
Because all the other options were stupid
If it talked about intensity or something that would have made more sense

LIP- Body unable to clear lactate at manageable rate, something along those lines i think

Yeah but that happens as a product of other occurrences
The body passes lip because they have passed the exercise intensity they can work at aerobically without fatigue so to continue at this intensity the contribution of the lactic acid system must increase as a result and the body is unable to inhale and transport the extra oxygen to meet the increased demand
Therefore lactate accumulates
It was a badly worded question if it said something about intensity and/or increase contribution of the lactic acid system that would have more sense because lactate only accumulates as a result of this but isn't the cause

what did people put for why is cardiac output at rest the same before and after training?

The testing methods must remain consistent to allow for an accurate/reliable result (so pre vs post results can be compared), therefore the cardiac output should be the same before and after regardless of fitness level
