SACS AND STUDYSCORE - help?

Um, so I always thought that your mark in SACS were scaled according to how well your cohort performs in an exam....
but apparently it's your rank that matters - not your mark?
I feel a little anxious. My class is all clustered around the A mark?

Your SAC scores mean nothing. You could have averaged 1% on all SAC's and still get a 50 in that subject, provided that you were ranked 1 in your cohort.

If your class is all clustered around the A+ mark, then unfortunately for your class, VCAA is likely to spread your cohort out a fair bit (unless everyone A+'s the exam). You'll just have to hope that you have a good ranking.
2012 ATAR - 86.75
2013 ATAR - 88.50
2014: BSci (Statistics) at RMIT
2015 - 2017: BCom at UoM

Then how does your cohort "doing well" in the exam influence your sacs? I'm really scared that... despite getting A+s... i'm botton rank?

As long as people do well in your cohort, you should be okay. It's impossible for you to know where you are ranked in your cohort now, so just wait for your results! Your exam marks will help you the most!
Subjects
2012: English [37], Biology [41], Specialist Maths [33], Methods [39], Physics [37]; ATAR [94.65]
2013-2015: BSc. at UoM

Don't worry about it. You'll probably get a similar SAC mark to your exam mark.

Can someone help me predict for Accounting:

GA1 (Exam 1) : Right on A+ cutoff
GA2 (SACs): Mid A+
GA3 (Exam 2): 87/90     A+ cutoff at around 78-79/90

Thanks

i would say 42-44, although you will most likely get 42 or 43. 44 is a tad unlikely, but it is still a possibility! :D and dont worry about it, youve finished the exam. stressing over it wont change your study score now. if you have other exams, focus on them. if not, just relax. it serves no good pondering scores that you essential no longer have any control over.
